Representative of the online store http://www.tavasrotas.com Līga Rozentāle, reg. no. 100691-12510, Raina Street 88, Talsi, LV-3201 (hereinafter – the Seller) – provides the goods and services available on the website in accordance with the following terms:
1. General Provision
If the Buyer purchases goods and services through the website, then in such case the provisions of the Distance Agreement, which are subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, shall apply.
2. Order Procedure
The seller has indicated the prices of the products and their specifications in the online store. All product prices are in euros (€). The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the product ordered in the online store to the Buyer.
To order a product or service, you need to add the selected products to the shopping cart. Choose the most suitable delivery method and fill in the required fields next to “billing information”. Choose the payment method, enter the required data and make the payment in order to place the order.
The Buyer is obliged to check whether the data entered by him is correct, otherwise the Seller shall not be liable for incorrectly shipped goods that have been sent incorrectly as a result of incorrect information entered by the Buyer.
The Agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer has paid for the Order and the Seller has received the payment. If the Buyer pays for the Order and for some reason it is not possible to fulfill the Order, the Seller will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
3. Payment Procedure
Payments for goods and services in the online store are made in euros (€). The buyer can pay for the goods and services in the online store with the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard card payments;
- Apple Pay.
All payment data entered by the Buyer goes to the payment system provider, which guarantees the security of the payment data.
4. Delivery Procedures
Deliveries in the territory of Latvia:
Orders in the territory of Latvia are delivered via Omniva parcel terminal or Latvijas Pasts. The Buyer pays for the costs of the Order, which are automatically calculated and added when placing the order and paying for it. Free shipping on orders over 50 €. The Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer within 1-10 business days, if the delivery does not take place within the specified time and the delivery service provider is responsible for it, then the Seller is not responsible and informs the Buyer about the reasons and deadlines.
Delivery outside the territory of Latvia:
Orders placed outside the territory of Latvia are delivered via Latvian Post. The Buyer pays for the costs of the Order, which are automatically calculated and added when placing the order and paying for it. Free shipping on orders over 100 €. The Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer within 5-15 business days, if the delivery does not take place within the specified time and the delivery service provider is responsible for it, then the Seller is not responsible and informs the Buyer about the reasons and deadlines.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered product or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in the following cases:
- If the purchased product is not used;
- If the purchased product and its packaging have remained original and are not damaged;
- If the Buyer can prove a document confirming the purchase.
Before returning the goods, the Buyer sends a request for the return of the goods to e-mail: info@tavasrotas.com.
In this e-mail, the Buyer indicates:
- Name and surname;
- Purchase invoice number;
- Phone number;
- Date of receipt of the goods;
- Code, name, price and date of purchase of all returned goods;
- Reason for refusal (optional).
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must cover all the costs of returning the goods. The Seller refunds only the value of the goods to the Buyer. The buyer must return these goods within 7 calendar days of sending the refusal. The seller returns the money for the product within 14 calendar days. Upon receipt of the letter of withdrawal, the Seller shall indicate the place of return to the Buyer.
