RETURN POLICY

According to the regulations of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers, "Regulations on Distance Contracts," clause 19, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You can return the item within 14 days after receiving it by notifying us via email at info@tavasrotas.com. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the item is returned. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

If you wish to return an item, please provide the following information by writing to info@tavasrotas.com:

• Your full name;
• Order invoice number;
• Phone number;
• Date of receipt of the item;
• The code, name, price, and date of purchase for each item you are returning;
• Reason for return (optional).

Once you receive confirmation of the return, please follow these conditions:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging;
• The item must not be used;
• The item's accessories must match how it was received;
• The item must be returned within 7 calendar days after receiving the return confirmation.

Please note: All return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective.
