TERMS OF SERVICE
The online store http://www.tavasrotas.com, represented by SIA TAVAS ROTAS, reg. no. 40203444342, Lielā street, Talsi, LV-3201 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), provides the goods and services available on the website in accordance with the following terms:

General Provisions
When a Buyer purchases goods and services through the website, the provisions of the Distance Contract apply, which are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia. -
Order Procedure
The Seller has listed product prices and specifications in the online store. All product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. No additional VAT will be added to the prices displayed at checkout. The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the products ordered in the online store to the Buyer.
The Buyer may pay using the following methods:
- Visa and Mastercard payments
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
To order a product or service, you must add the selected products to the shopping cart. Choose the preferred delivery method and fill in the required fields under "billing information." Select a payment method, enter the necessary details, and complete the payment to place the order.
The Buyer is responsible for checking whether their entered data is correct; otherwise, the Seller is not responsible for sending the product to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
The contract is considered concluded once the Buyer has paid for the Order and the Seller has received the payment. If the Buyer pays for the Order and for some reason it cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Payment Procedure
Payments for goods and services in the online store are made in euros (€). The Buyer can pay for goods and services using the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard payments
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
All payment data entered by the Buyer is handled by the payment system provider, which guarantees the security of the payment information.
- Delivery Procedure
Deliveries within Latvia:
Orders within Latvia are delivered via Omniva parcel lockers or Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). The Buyer covers the delivery costs, which are automatically calculated and added during the ordering and payment process. Free delivery is available for orders over €50. The Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer within 1-10 business days. If the delivery is delayed and the delay is caused by the delivery service provider, the Seller is not responsible but will inform the Buyer of the reasons for the delay and the new expected delivery time.
If the product is not in stock or if there are unforeseen logistical disruptions, the Buyer will be informed of the delay and the expected delivery time. In such cases, the Buyer will have the option to wait for the product or cancel the order for a full refund.
Deliveries outside Latvia:
Orders placed outside Latvia are delivered via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post). The Buyer covers the delivery costs, which are automatically calculated and added during the ordering and payment process. Free delivery is available for orders over €100. The Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer within 5-15 business days. If the delivery is delayed and the delay is caused by the delivery service provider, the Seller is not responsible but will inform the Buyer of the reasons for the delay and the new expected delivery time.
If the product is not in stock or if there are unforeseen logistical disruptions, the Buyer will be informed of the delay and the expected delivery time. In such cases, the Buyer will have the option to wait for the product or cancel the order for a full refund.

Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to cancel the ordered product or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in the following cases:
- If the purchased product has not been used
- If the purchased product and its packaging are in their original condition and undamaged
- If the Buyer can provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Before returning goods, the Buyer must send a return request via email to info@tavasrotas.com.
In this email, the Buyer must provide:
- Full name
- Purchase invoice number
- Phone number
- Date of receipt of the product
- Codes, names, prices, and purchase dates of all returned items
- Reason for return (optional)
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must cover all return shipping costs. The Seller will only refund the value of the product. The Buyer must return the product within 7 calendar days of sending the withdrawal notice. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned product, and the refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
